COMMISSIONS

• Once we connect, we will discuss your ideas for the project to include any inspiration photos, dimensions, materials, styles, and functions. This time is for us to gain an understanding of your vision.​

• Next, I will create a design for you to review. The initial design can be tailored until you are completely satisfied with the plan. Once the design is agreed to I will send you a written, detailed proposal for your project. The proposal will cover the timeline, cost, materials, construction methods, style, and delivery. 

• I do require a 50% deposit for the project to begin. The remaining balance is due after final approval of the piece by the client and prior to delivery or shipment. 

• I try to deliver my furniture personally when reasonably available. This way I know that the piece arrives exactly as it should be and to also have the chance to meet, putting a face to each item that leaves the shop. 

• Individually made, solid crates are used for large items shipped through third party carriers. 

• Delivery is based on overall size, weight, and distance. Free delivery within 50 miles from Dover, DE.
